don't do anything. Odds are some undergrad or 1L working in admissions will open it and be like wtf assume its spam or something and delete/ignore it. If you call or send a follow up email youre just going to draw more attention to it.

So, you were shitting on this program in your email and comparing it negatively to other programs, and you accidentally sent the email to their admissions office?
