9 1/2 St.
Tbf it is in a really good location if you frequent U street. A one minute walk home from Nellie's is 180.

I refi'd my loans and now that they are at 3.5%, I've decided it doesn't make sense to fuck my retirement. So I'm maxing my 401k and looking to buy a house.Ricky-Bobby wrote:Aren't you just living really cheaply and paying your debt off in 3 years tho?

Actual question: Would you leave law forever and go back to your job before law school if your debt would be forgiven?
