Yeah, not sure what we're supposed to say here beyond "WTF?"
You want us to write a legally significant document for you. Just because you don't intend for it to have legal effect does not mean it doesn't have legal affect. It's an employment contract. In what universe could that even possibly not have the potential for serious legal repercussions? We aren't allowed to do that for you. Sorry.
