1. I was sworn in on June 4th for the St courts but I could not find out how to swear in for the fed District Ct. Anyone know what we need to do?
2. How do we get access to the attorney's forum on TLS?
Thanks!

Go to your local federal district court web page and look it up. If it doesn't have instructions anywhere on the site (I'd be surprised), then call the clerk's office and ask. Requirements vary - some places let you get admitted by distance, if you have someone who's admitted in the jurisdiction to vouch for you, and you just fill out a form and pay a fee (there are people in my office who are admitted in a federal district states away, because that district lets you get admitted by distance with a sponsor, there's a woman admitted in that district who also works in the office, and once you're admitted in one federal district you can pretty much practice in any of them). Some places make you show up and swear the oath in person.
As for the lawyer only forum, read here: http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... 4#p7106142 (if you don't have your diploma yet a printout of a transcript with "degree conferred" or the like will probably count, or anything that shows you're admitted in the state court - I used my bar card, if your state does those).
