POW Boost

Post by hundjat » Sat May 31, 2014 3:42 pm

In 2004 I was a POW under Abdul Rahman Zahed in Doha Qatar and was rescued by SF in about 3 months time. I have since withdrawn from the military and, after having sought a B.S. in IFP, l am about to start applying to law school. I received a 158 on the LSAT and have 3 + Grade average. I'm wondering if I will get any substantial boost for being a POW and if there is a way I can attempt to use it beyond just a personal statement?

If that's true, it's an awesome story and you should use it for your PS. But first you should retake the LSAT so your POW story can get you into HYS.
