This is a really interesting concept, but wouldn't this incentivize students to transfer? Without some sort of a locked in type agreement, I don't see schools going for this one.

Yeah this is the main reason why idt I could see this happening. But it would be nice to have little debt from the first two years, land an SA, and be able to pay down tuition in 3L without loans still, I don't see why it wouldn't be worth giving it a shot
