Did you get $$ at IUIC?
Wash U (WUSTL) is a fine school, but you might not want to pay so much for a very poor shot at placement in Chicago (less than 10% placement in Illinois for class of 2012). Since you expressed hesitance about debt and want to be in Chicago, I'd recommend IUIC (assuming they gave you a scholarship and they should have if your numbers were good enough for WUSTL).
