It seems very unlikely that firms would investigate whether or not you used a disability accommodation to get better grades in law school.

Don't take this the wrong way, but the bigger question is whether your disability will affect your work. Since you haven't said what it is, I have no idea what it is. But if it is something that affects your testing, it may affect your ability to work well in a firm (IE meeting deadlines, working under pressure, working efficiently, etc).
