What's the Min. Time Spent in Biglaw Needed for Good Exit? Forum

This may vary, depending on circumstances, but what - on average - is the minimum amt. of time spent in biglaw needed for a "good" exit option?

By "good exit option," I mean something like a stable and good-paying federal government position, midlaw, and that which is comparable.

Do you know of anyone who has been fired from biglaw, for example, with, say, two years of experience and landed a "good" job afterwards? What percentage of people in biglaw usually end up lasting long enough for those "good exit options?"
