I thought he was asking for Karen Buttenbaum's replacement, since her old title was Director of Admissions?

I asked who replaced Karen at Harvard as Director of Admissions. I searched for that title and found nothing. It appears Jessica Sorban is her replacement albeit under a different title. I don't understand the title change (were Karen's responsibilities subsumed by Jessica?) but it appears my initial question (read: who is now in charge of admissions) has been answered!

I figured I'd just clear this up. Jessica was -- and still is -- the Assistant Dean and Chief Admissions Officer, which means that she is the head of the admissions office. My title was Director of Admissions, but Jessica and I were not the only people on the senior staff at HLS. Even though I no longer work there and I don't speak for them, I can say that I don't believe that they will have anyone with the title Director of Admissions. The responsibilities of my old position will very likely be shifted to other very capable, wonderful people in the office.
