Would high court summaries be sufficient if they're not keyed to my casebook?

Did you check the publishers website? If there isn't one there, there probably isn't an official keyed summary book.

But most Contract and Tort cases are so common across all schools that it's easy to find case briefs.

Doesn't really matter. Just google for canned briefs -- they're more than sufficient.

I agree with this, I bought a ton of keyed case summaries, but eventually just ended up googling everything
