Adjunct prof won't release old exams until end of semester

What should I do? Any suggestions? I've asked twice now and been turned down.

You wait until s/he releases them - there isn't really anything else you can do. Some profs just do that. You can try looking at exams from the same class taught by other profs if you're really desperate. No one else will get the adjunct's exams any earlier than you will, and besides, it's way too early to be looking at exams right now.
