So if i were to apply this fall, my LSDAS GPA would be 3.3, whereas my Degree GPA would be a 3.65, if i were to wait, my LSDAS GPA would be around a 3.65 and my Degree GPA would be around a 3.7
Lets say I make a LSAT score of between 165-172, Should i wait a year before applying so i can apply with a higher gpa?
or
Do i stand a chance applying this fall?
I'm an URM, impressive resume, president of my pre-law honor society, been an RA for 2 years, first generation college student, hispanic, involved in multiple organizations, with more job experience.
I need help, because i'm stressing and NYU is my dream!
thanks for any help!

Of course you should wait. Assuming your imaginary LSAT score comes in that range, a 3.65 improves your options significantly.
