If I take the October LSAT, do I have to wait for next fall.
To enroll? Or do law schools have spring admissions like most undergrad colleges?

Most of the top law schools do not have spring admissions.

All reputable schools start in the fall (with the exception of Michigan's summer start).

Baylor is the top school I know of offering Spring enrollment, and the only one I know of above TTT.

I took the October 2012 LSAT, got my results in January 2013, and sent out my applications for Fall 2013 as soon as my LSAT score came in. I got into 3 out of the 5 schools I applied to, with the 2 I didn't get into being long shots. So you definitely don't have to wait for the next fall to apply. Just have your applications ready to send out by the time you get your LSAT score.LateBloomer81 wrote:To enroll? Or do law schools have spring admissions like most undergrad colleges?
However, it is definitely to your advantage to wait and apply for early admissions for the next school year. I got rather lucky to get into the school I wanted off the waiting list and it would have been much less stressful had I waited, instead of applying for fall 2013. Because of rolling admissions, the only reason I would ever suggest not waiting to apply would be if you absolutely don't want to sit out another full year before starting law school.
If I got to do the whole thing over, I would have retaken the LSAT, built up my resume with internships/volunteer work and applied for early admissions for 2014-15.

Don't go to any school offering spring admission.

Oct LSAT isn't ideal, but its not super late for apps. Just make sure you're ready to apply as soon as scores come out, or actually apply and have schools hold your app till release date. That said, you are posting in the wrong forum. Law School admissions, or LSAT forum would be the place.
