What are the top firms in the nation for litigation? What are their differences in culture/practice? Would anyone care to compare the biggest players? (Quinn Emmanuel, W&C, Susman, Bartlit, Kirkland, Skadden, etc).
Im specifically really curious as to what kind of cases each firm specializes in, if anyone can go into detail.

Re: Best Litigation Firms
"Top firms" is not a meaningful category really unless you specify plaintiffs or defendants side and what practice area of litigation.

Well I was hoping someone would just take the top 5~10ish Vault biglaw and lit boutique firms and break down their culture, strengths, and weaknesses. Just wanted to get an idea of what each firm is really known for.rad lulz wrote:"Top firms" is not a meaningful category really unless you specify plaintiffs or defendants side and what practice area of litigation.
