Starting a Law Journal

Has anyone done it? What's involved? How long does it take to get off the ground? What might employers think? (Would the entrepreneurial spirit help balance out the "it's not law review factor"?)

Just start the Law And Work Review and list it on your resume as Editor in Chief: L.A.W. Review
