Kentucky Legal Question: Car Accident

Post by wannabejag » Sun Jun 03, 2012 11:01 am

An appliance company was installing a washing machine in my apartment. The installers included the owner an an employee. A dryer exhaust pipe and clamps were needed to complete the install, so I used my vehicle to go to home depot along with the employee to purchase these items. I obviously am not an employee of this company but the passenger of the car was. On the way to the store a vehicle hit my car with minor damage. There is disagreement between myself and the other driver about who went over the center line. Long story short.....

Does the appliance company have any liability to my car or the other drivers since I was driving/working for them to pick up parts to complete my install????

I thank you in advance for your answers.

IBTL. Don't ask for legal advice on message boards. Most people here aren't admitted as lawyers and even those that are won't provide legal advice in a public forum and without a conflicts check.
