random question

I was not entirely sure where to post this, so I apologize if it is in the wrong section. I am a senior in college and attending law school this upcoming fall. I was thinking about trying to find an internship (i have a firm in my area in mind), is that a good idea or should I just relax and do the optional summer readings? If I should attempt the internship what would I say in the email asking them? Thanks in advance guys

Don't bother with the internship. Just relax and enjoy your summer. Maybe read Getting to Maybe or some shit
