Scholarship's received:

UST- 15,000 per year
WM-$ 0
Thank you!

I don't want to sound like a jerk but frankly, I don't think any of these schools are worth going to at the prices listed. WM and UST can be good options if you keep your debt down.
The orthodoxy with loans is that you shouldn't take out more than you will make in salary. It's highly unlikely you'll make six figures coming out of these schools, so 100k+ in debt will be a huge battle.
Sorry, but I wouldn't go. Best of luck to you.
(If there's something I'm missing- parents are paying for school or you have a job lined up, that could change things.)

If you ever want to work outside of MN: none of the above.
If you're sure you want to work in MN: WM at sticker. WM has a good reputation in the twin cities but no national reach.
Hamline and St Thomas place poorly even in MN. The market is oversaturated and is dominated by UMN. If you have your heart set on Minnesota, your best option (by far) is to retake and get into UMN.

Oh, and one other thing. Whatever you do, please do not go to Hamline. You will forever regret it.
