OOOHHHHHHHHH.
See, the thing is, the title has an E in it. I was thinking "It might be hard because you'll be exerting yourself a lot, and you may not sleep that well at all the stranger's homes, and it might be weird to leave the bed to down some casein protein before sleep at a stranger's place, and . . ." But I'm thinking of http://grindr.com/. Which is not what the OP is thinking of.
I'd use the word gunner.
On top of that, there's a lot of fit people at school with solid grades. I know this because I spend most of my time envying them. Look, people ask questions like this all the time, and if I'm understanding you right, you definitely can. Just make time for it. Look at your class schedule and figure out what days work for you as far as slipping to the gym for an hour.
It seems you've got a handle on this already but I'll say the obvious. Cook and mix shakes or whatever ahead of time so it's easier to eat clean. For example, cook a bunch of chicken breasts Sunday night and eat them throughout the weak. Also boil a pound of whole wheat pasta, rinse it, and toss it in the fridge. That last forever.
It's like anything else, people always ask do I have time for X in law school. If working out, playing frisbee, your SO, video games, reading for pleasure, etc. are important to you you'll find time. If you do 5 of those activities now, then you may only be able to do 4 in school, but you'll find time for what you really want to do.
