Biglaw only hires from the T14 and the top 10% of USD (and maybe some from USC/UCLA).

^incorrect. Big law hires from from Top 14 and USC and UCLA and maybe the top 5%(maybe on a good year) from USD.

5% in a good year? Also incorrect.

OP, look at attorney profiles on firm websites.

Yes, on and In. The market is not good right now here. Firms are not hiring and as far as big law goes the offices are extremely small.

I am assuming you did not live in SD before going to college there? And your parents/soul mate do not live there either?

No to all. I can see where this is going.
I may have given the impression I am more knowledgeable on this than I am. I assume the answer is no, that does not count, but I would double check with someone who has had experience...someone on this site

With the caveat that I'd concentrate on grads that started working post crash.
More than 30 c/o 2009 USD grads, which is 10% of the class, got nlj 250 jobs. I can say this because I went to firm websites and counted. That said, it probably did get worse.

Definitely worse. OCI 2007 was badass.
