Not sure if this is the right forum
I'm starting law school this fall. Is it cool if I start emailing local firms to see if I can intern there over the summer

My vote would be to go have some fun. You don't want to be burnt out or already hating the law before you start 1L year.

It won't. I did to get some experience with the legal field, but I went in once a week just to meet judges and get to know how things work. It was cool, but I wouldn't recommend any more than that. Go get drunk/laid/whatever floats your boat. You'll wish you had.imbored25 wrote:really, i thought maybe it would give me a leg up when trying to get a job 1l summerdrmguy wrote:My vote would be to go have some fun.
