Fairly easy transition in my opinion, as I barely did the readings before finals week and never attended class in UG. The societal expectations just shifted so heavily when I entered LS though. Class really is necessary to getting by and understanding the material at a reasonable pace. Additionally it helps you determine what the professor wants/is looking for, which tends to matter more than knowing the readings and BLL alone cold, in my opinion.
