Syracuse Law Grads

Post by Anonymous User » Sun Nov 27, 2011 12:35 am

How are you guys managing in terms of finding employment, particularly given how expensive SU Law is. Has it been difficult finding employment? Has finding employment not been as a big of an issue as finding a salary high enough to pay back loans? I'm jw because I'm from upstate NY and plan on attending there if I can get a reasonable scholarship, otherwise prob Buffalo.

Thanks but I'm not interested in talking to current students. This question is for graduates.

I don't see how graduates would be in a much better position to answer your question than students - the students are more likely to be knowledgeable of the current hiring climate and how that translates into career prospects for you. There aren't many graduates perusing the boards, and the answer would probably end up coming from students anyway. Finally, there's also a preference for keeping the employment forum free of run of the mill 0L informational requests, so I'm kicking this over to the ask a law student forum.
