contract of enterprise - bibliography

Hello,
I am a law student from Romania and I want to do a comparative study on the contract of enterprise. The new Civil Code of Romania was inspired by the Civil Code of Quebec and I need a bibliography, an interpretation of articles on contract of enterprise. Can anyone help me with this information? thank you!
