Questions about Georgetown B/alt curriculum

Can anyone who has been through the GULC alternate 1L curriculum shed light on what the classes/exams are like? Are they standard issue-spotter fare or something else. Either way, would any 0L summer prep (GTM, E&Es etc.) be beneficial/worth it? Thanks!
