So I was taking a look at the the CLS student housing page, and noticed that there's a huge difference in the rate for studios and the rate for studies in Lenfest.

As a law student, is it still possible to get one of the cheaper studios, or are you locked into the 1600+ rents?

Re: CLS Student Housing
I read on the CLS site that it's pretty rare to get a UAH studio unless you are a couple. So if you want to live alone, you probably have to spring for Lenfest or Lionsgate.
Note that I am just an admitted student, so if anyone who goes there has other info, take their word, not mine.

A lot of the UAH Studios and 1-bedrooms are reserved for couples housing; while I believe you can apply from them, I'm not sure what your odds are of actually getting one. I'm not aware of anyone in a non-Lenfest/Lionsgate studio, but it's possible nobody thought to apply for one.
