Should the ABA do something more to regulate the overflow of JD grads?

How about allowing people to take their chances in the market, if they choose to do so.

The market sorts it out somewhat. By that, what I mean is that employers tend to start at the top and work their way down. TTT students get shafted as a result. T1 students should be just fine, apart from the recession which is screwing all professions except health care.
