I didn't use any supps for Evidence. I recommend making an outline of the rules + commentary and watching the video of the old federal judge from Alabama teaching new federal judges the rules of evidence.

Really depends on the judge. You probably should have it on your transcript, but it's also risky because not having it is still better than getting a shitty grade in it.

There's the benefit of not having it hanging over your head during your 3L year (since it's one of the few academic requirements for graduation). Also, it might prompt you to take the MPRE a little earlier, which would make your 3L year more relaxed too. I think most people wait until 3L though.

No difference between the two in terms of graduation requirements, but Business Lawyers probably has more of a corporate/biglaw slant whereas Legal Ethics is probably much more general.

Eh when I had Allen form civ pro, multiple choice did NOT mean there was a single right answer...

MC exams also lead to the issue where the more difficult MC are worth FAR more points than the easy and medium ones. The MC exam leaves open the possibility of the curve being so tight that a couple questions can be the difference between an A- and a B. I personally hated the one MC section I had in law school.
