IIRC, it was leaked Winston was doing shitty. But they didn't leak "we are going to no offer half NU students" even though thats what they did.

If it was "they are going to no offer people" I might believe it but this is too specific.

One of our no offers at Winston was a U of C kid who was one of the funniest and chillest bros in the entire class. He worked hard, but he was the opposite of douchey striver. I hope that guy landed on his feet.

But I wouldn't believe leaks about who they no offer, until the firm actually makes choices. I doubt they've chosen offers by now? Or maybe they have.

Nah. JIHR doesn't publish that much stuff. If you look at their last 3 issues have 10 articles total, which is about the same as 1 issue of LR.

Pretty sure it's supposed to be hands down the least amount of work for a journal.

Kitrosser is great.

McGinnis is not a lot of work if you understand economics already or understand it through his class. He doesn't really care about the reading, which is often less than 10 pages per night.

I have a Pfander FedJur outline somewhere...it was somewhat hastily constructed so keep that in mind. If you had pfander for civpro FedJur isn't that much work b/c there's a lot of overlap between the two courses. Also Pfander wrote a good FedJur condensed outline.

sweet thanks for the info. Yeah, the transfers were just recently assigned to Kitrosser's con law class. section 10, if that means anything. I guess it's nice to have a class where I don't have to use bids to get.
On the topic of bidding for classes, how much does the Strategy co-hosted class usually go for?

Also, are there any firms that are known to favor NU students in NYC?

I was planning on taking Silver for the same reason but would be interested in hearing other's input. Last semester was her first one teaching BA at this school in a few years so I feel like that may have been a contributing factor.
