Tidmarsh is one of the more respected faculty members. He also writes great exams... he truly separates the wheat from the chaff.

His last torts exam was an exception though...wasn't the great kaleidoscope of ridiculousness of previous years.

That said, Tidmarsh is extremely intelligent, and no student should underestimate him. He's also helpful, and if he's in his door is open.

As to OCI - ~15-18 screeners. For reference though (and I'm sure people will go WTF at this) I initially had more and requested that some of them be dropped because I received massmail interviews that were for better firms.

NDIrish: I know you touched on the mobility of a Notre Dame J.D., but do you by chance know if/how mobile it is in the Seattle market? Have you by chance heard of or talked to anyone at the school and heard of them going/checking out the Seattle area? Thanks!

I know at least 1 person in the class of 2013 is from Seattle and I think he worked there this summer. The school also advertised a job opportunity there for 1Ls that was public interest related. It was pretty late in the game so I am not sure if anyone applied for it.

About 10 or 11 OCIs so far...2 more on the horizon.

But the real question is not how many screeners you get, but how many callbacks, tbh. Even if firms come for OCI they're under no obligation to take any callbacks from the school. That said, it seems that every firm has selected 1-3 NDLS students for callbacks, so that's good...

OCI at NDLS took a huge step forward this year from last in terms of the number of firms (from what I hear). So that's a positive.

Oh and Pojo is the bomb.

I've had 21 screeners and only 2 callbacks so far (a bunch of no responses which could mean anything in the Midwest). I know people with 10+ callbacks though. I also got 3 other CBs from mass mailing.
