He came out a lot during my summer to play ball and even brought his daughters a few times.
Speaking of gyms, which one do you guys like best: the Intramural Sports Building, the Central Campus Recreation Building, or the Ross Business School Gym? Or in other words, can you guys tell me anything y'all know about any one of those gyms? Thanks so much!
People who use the b-school gym seem to like it. The classes there are free with a membership and it's really, really close. That being said, you do have to pay to use it. I was too cheap (and only recently started going back to the gym anyway), so I am not a member there.
I usually go to the CCRB because it's open earliest (6 am weekdays), so I can go before class. It's got exercise machines, weights, and squash courts; there's also a pool there, which I'm not sure if the other two gyms have. It's technically the farthest away from the quad; it takes me about ten minutes walking across the diag to get there. I will say I've never had to wait for a machine, but that may be a factor of when I'm going (earlier in the morning or later at night). That is including the few times I've gone right after dinner on weeknights or closer to lunch on weekends.
The IMSB is the one I know the least about. I've played basketball there once or twice (and it's where the student-faculty basketball game is held). It's also technically closest but doesn't open until 9 on weekdays, which is kind of useless if I'm trying to go before my 9 am class (which, funnily enough, is with Clark, keeping this topical).
E: I should say I am not a gym rat at all, so this might not be particularly helpful anyway.
