I couldn't find it anywhere (just blind, apparently) and ended up calling around until a dentist office finally answered their damn phone. It was an office with multiple dentists who accept the plan, and the receptionist gave me their Cigna number. Thank god.

I miss my old HMO in Oregon. It made everything so easy.

Had burns for evidence. Liked him a lot. Very sharp dude and nice to boot. That said, also had him for ethics and it was REALLY boring. Admin seems like it might run that risk.

Uncurved Admin with Burns is a win. My advice: never go to class, don't put your name on the seating chart, and teach yourself from an old outline.

No. I have read that book and think it is excellent, so I'm not just giving you a pat answer. It is not the same type of writing. That book is not the tool for that job.
