It is not the quality, dumbass. It's the supply and funding. Doesn't matter how many lawyers we graduate, if we continue to hire the same number of PDs and give them an embarrassingly low-budget for investigations, resources, and staff while sticking them with an ever-increasing number of crimes, clients, and over-sentencing, justice is going to falter.
