Has anyone taken Antitrust with Hay before?

Yup. Awesome class, and Hay is a baw$$ (although sometimes he mumbles, so I recommend sitting in the front). It made me want to be an antitrust lawyer. But it's a fair amount of reading and a somewhat difficult closed-book exam.

Doesn't matter. If you have the time, take it in the fall. It doesn't take much time to study.

I took it fall 3L and don't regret it. It's only a day or two worth of studying, but I'm glad I didn't have to do it when I had journal shit and all that jazz.

Anyone know anything re Liivak IP exam? Is says it's open book, but is it Hypo-based exams? Do I need to know theories and policies?

I know her test is all MC. Don't know if that helps at all. If your good at MC then you should do pretty well in her class. Heard her exam can be kinda rough for those of us who aren't.

I've heard the same. Any grads out there who have advice on Colb's evidence? Or has anyone heard anything about her exam other than it being a tough MC? Any study recommendations?
