Are you in the class where everyone has to teach themselves black letter law, or the class where everyone has the same three, super detailed outlines?

But yeah, I'd rather have a 3hr in class than an 8 hour take home. Take homes are grueling. I guess I wouldn't mind for Spring quarter because you can spend less time preparing for them, but it's agonizing knowing that if you missed one big issue you are likely screwed because everyone has 8 hours to work out the details. I'm more of a "lets just get it over with" kinda guy.

ABC's word count was so punishingly short. It was like 4 hours of writing, 4 hours of cutting.

in all seriousness, it's disturbing how many low grades RHH gives. really disturbing to know this one exam could wreck my average.

my problem is knowing that I'm going to be near the bottom, is it even worth it to try to study at this point? I've lost all motivation, and knowing how hard he's going to grade me no matter my effort doesn't make it any better.
