Assuming they haven't changed anything, there will be a question on the app asking you to explain why Cornell in three sentences. Personally, I found this was enough space for an answer, but some people insisted on including a separate addendum.
I wrote an essay (1 pg double spaced) and had really borderline numbers and got in, no way to tell if it helped or not
I wrote a three paragraph response to that question. I guess I missed where it said "three sentences." Anyway, I got in.

Didn't realize an addendum was a possibility. I don't think I even wrote a complete sentence answer to that question. Got in. Don't think it makes a difference.

Yeah.
11. Interest in Cornell
1. Why have you chosen to apply to Cornell Law School? (Briefly explain your reasons in two to three short sentences.)
I guess this proves that they won't auto-reject you for writing more than they ask for. So yes, a "why Cornell" is allowed.

I was in the lawbrary when that video came out. Naturally I tried to watch it in the Reading Room.

There are staircases leading up right before the entrance to the reading room. It is a dark and frightening place up there, but you might find it helpful during finals for studying purposes.

Yeah it's the only part of the library that remains a ghost town during finals.

Aight folks, the journeys been real. Transffering to T6, loved Cornell, but personal reasons. Thanks to all the ppl in this thread who helped me, I believe the advice here and on TLS greatly contirbuted to my success.

Some of you rising 2Ls who im friends with, you can probably figure out who I am in real life, its been fun, wish you all the best, ill miss you.

My interview slots should become abandoned soon (though I withdrew awhile ago and they are still there) (dont worry I am not double dipping, but wont lie, I thought about it) so TLS grab them up , i had a ton of them, and they ranked from V10's to V100's so there should be open slots for everyone. (I turned down the Journal I made awhile ago, so that wont help anyone now)

I'll still be lurking in this thread and giving out advice to Cornell 1l's if they ask Q's. peace.

It has been brought to my attention Bickel and Brewer has come to AJF this year. I wonder how many people realized what that was and bid them appropriately.

Aren't they extremely grade selective?

I don't think A&P is in the same class as W&C, but probably comparable to W&C. Hard to say- they've never come before.

Fair enough. I just remembered A&P's low being a 3.81, so that may be the source of my confusion.

Small sample size. Year before it was 3.44

Bring hard copies to the interview and try not to put too much emphasis on your attention to detail.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
