does anybody know if Metzger gives B-'s in her con law class? Looking like a distinct possibility at this point for me.

Every year a plethora of 1Ls finish their finals, panic, and come here asking us if the professor they have give B-s. And everyone almost none get the B-s. Does Metzger give B-s? Don't think and all talk of discretionary grades is just rumor since people rarely, with one particular exception in my year, don't make these public.

If you care enough to ask, you probably didn't get a B-.

You really would have to just not answer one of the issue spotters for this to be in play. If your answers look like you're vaguely aware you should discuss the Constitution, you'll be fine.

(Although as my post history will indicate, I am NOT a role model with how to accept a B with grace and aplomb)

I feel like a lot of people in my section are just throwing up their hands with Con law at this point. I'm going to study all day, but honestly, I don't care much at this point either.

If I get a B+, I'd be thrilled.

Yeah I've come to realize this. If you actually do a little prep, you're not going to get a B-

+1. B+ would be the biggest coup of the century for me.

Do you guys not have model answers? If not, a little late now, but there might be other sections that do.

Hope everyone felt okay on Con Law today. Apparently we all had the same fact pattern on the main question? Guess that's what happens when two professors are married and Metzger doesn't feel like writing an exam.

In a related story, HOLY SHIT YOU GUYS, 1L IS OVER. See you all at Boat Basin.

I did a year of work study in the housing office of a SUNY school.

It did not help.

Definitely, seeing it written out like that made everything make a lot more sense. I basically just reworded what you had, and then added-in the handful of cases that weren't there.

they were 10/10. Having words to structure my answer around the exam much easier.
