Moynihan's Introduction to the Law of Real Property is the best supplement. Class is sort of a clusterfuck. It's going to be impossible not to stress about his coldcalls, but try anyway. He's not great about crossing people off so even if you get called on, be prepared.applelover wrote:Does anyone have any advice for students who have Hemholz?
He fluctuates between open and closed book exams, and generally won't tell you until a couple weeks before, so there's that. There is a very specific way to take his exams, but it's way too early to worry about that. Ask me when it's relevant.
Edit: enjoy the ride.
