I'd rather not. But based on the available grade distributions, I'm not the only one.

That's what 5 years of marriage will do to you.

*hopes mrs. Dignity doesn't stumble across this*

She's married to you, so perhaps a better name would be Missing Dignity.

But, for real, it's absurd that they set a very late deadline and then don't enforce it. And I'm sure he or she appreciates your vow of silence.

Edit: I don't actually care who the prof is. The system lacks a meaningful incentive to get grades in on time so it's not surprising.

sorry if this has been asked before ... but could anybody PM with their acceptance/scholly and how they negotiated with WUSTL? Any tips would be appreciated since this school is way up on my list and without the increased scholly I just cant make it happen! thanks!

What Michael means is, don't expect that your midterm grade will have any effect on your final grade--for better or for worse.

But again, does anyone have any tips for Flagg's fucked up grading?

Idk if you saw the percentile cutoffs for 1L's but it is tight enough between 10-25/33% that one bad/decent grade could fuck me. So I am concerned. Plus the midterm is worth 20% of the grade....
Seems like a lot of people are irrationally worried or don't know what to expect from Flagg. What's the word on the street? Where is this coming from? Elaborate on your concerns and maybe we can help.

Just chill and use the midterm as an opportunity to figure out what she likes and doesn't like. If she isn't teaching the doctrine to your liking in class, learn it from Erwin.

Well, at least this last semester went alright.

Now to royally screw up legal writing...again.

I don't know, I just get the feeling I can not do well at that class.

They should give us 4 credits for that class. It is just as much work if not more than some of the doctrinals. Prob twice as much work as Mandelker's property.

God no. It should be pass/fail like at most other schools.

To hear the 3Ls talk, the section with Flagg is the 'lucky' section. FWIW.

GL with Civ. I CALI'd that class. PM me if I can be of assistance.

"All grades will be in by Jan. 22."

"3L grade cut-offs by the end of the day."

"I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky."

etc.

I knew it was a lie when she said it because I'm still missing a grade.
