Is it possible to study half of friday, all day saturday, and all day sunday for a 50 question multiple choice exam for Pratzel ethics? Closed book.

I have a Kaplan MPRE book I plan to go through and just some missouri specfic stuff he gave us.

Nobody feels good walking out a Professor T final, and anybody who does probably got median pwned because they missed something big. At least your fact pattern sounds like it was hilariously awesome.

Brush off your shoulders and onto the next one.

ETA: Now that I think about it, his final is the only one I can explicitly remember the fact pattern of off the top of my head. It was that traumatic. Fucking inoculations even though we spent like, a half day on products liability.

I ended up doing well, despite thinking I failed when I walked out.

Welcome to the softest fanclub. It happened to me on at least 3, 4 finals after 1L year and twice during the bar.

The contaminated steroid shot one? We went over that one in class, it was brutal. He flat out told us ours would be easier.

I had night terrors after that exam. I would wake up screaming about if the contact was harmful/offensive if they consented to it under false pretenses.

Like I said, nobody who did well walked out of that exam feeling good. Just how his exams are. Can't let it get to you, throw out all your torts stuff you are never going to use again and completely focus on your next exam instead of wondering what you could have done better.

Incidentally: if SoftTest won't open (on a PC), type MSconfig into the start bar, and go into services. Look for "ExamsoftSoftShield" and make sure it's running.
yea we were told to go to the registrar's office and handwrite our exam if turning the computer on and off didn't fix the problem

I tried launching softest this morning and kept getting an error message, ending up realizing i turned off my wifi (wat? I've never done that) last night, definitely a very scary moment.

My bad, I should be careful about trolling Merkin in on-topic threads, especially with so much on the line. I have no idea what GF's leanings are.

But if you didn't figure this out on the midterm, issue statements are really important.
