Now predict who will be the next dean.
That seems pretty difficult but I predict it will not be Brian T.

Osgood would be so awesome. Holding court from the dean's office in his swimming trunks, feet up on the desk, waxing eloquent about the English Common Law.

Is there another place we can grab outlines besides the generalized location? Does anyone know if Journals or any of the Moot Court teams have their own outline banks.

Also is the midterm worth part of your grade?
Also, more than any other prof's he cares about cases. We aren't going to need to cite cases on the exam are we?
And because I heard this happened last year, we are WAY behind in Konig's Property, are we just going to end up blowing through like 50 cases in a month at some point?
Sort of. He'll start assigning larger chunks of stuff later on. Don't worry about that though right now.

Well, if I were still at WUSTL I would go visit this guy to fundraise:

Also, I heard my first dean search rumor today. The early rumors are almost always way off the mark so I hesitate to post it.

I don't think anything has been published yet. My guess is 166 but a hit on the GPA.

The fact that nothing has been published makes me think it's terrible.

How do we think oci/mass mail has gone for students? I feel like future students should have an idea that I personally think it's rough right now for 2Ls.
Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

Yes its still rough, but the past two years of hiring are better than the two years before it.

I hope CSO changes it so students don't have 50 bids for the 74 employers who come. That was a little ridiculous when 20 of them were résumé collects.

Do LLM's/foreign students count towards the curve of death? I thought I heard somewhere they don't.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
