I wish to comment sentence by sentence, so I have numbered them!
1.

Sounds just about exactly right. The whole LRW department
would suggest to do certain things that will not only not help anyone, but will be difficult to do. My LRW teacher: "People have gotten a job because of a high pass." A few different 3L's: "I've never heard of a single person getting a job because of a high pass." I DON'T believe the LRW teacher.
2. I think I heard something like that, just not from my teacher. I would bet big money that we get that email after we get the rest of our grades. That would make it totally pointless. I honestly feel it is a very very poor decision to give the class of 2013 an actual grade in LRW. This is just more of incompetence to come.
3. I'm just glad it is not whatever it was last time.
4. You must have actually looked at your paper. I looked at my awful grade, shrugged my shoulders, and said "Well that figures." Anything my teacher had to say is pointless, and will not improve my paper or my legal writing skills.
5. I just bought two books on legal writing. Now that I know I will need a writing sample, I bought some books that should help. I am so frustrated of putting in effort and loads of time, only to not learn anything and get a shitty/meaningless grade. (Anyone else thinks its someone stupid to get grades of nothing but in the 60%-70% and still get a pass/high pass. What fucking sense do those grades?) I have never made worse grades, only to get totally average grades.
