Moreso, go to a normal fucking school like UVA, Vanderbilt or Wake Forest so you don't get made fun of, you learn reasonable life skills, you become a tolerable human being, and get a high quality education in the process.

1. Patrick Henry is only 15 years old, but has already won SEVERAL Moot Court National Championships(they beat Harvard and Oxford in Moot Court)
2. Patrick Henry sends students to BOTH Harvard and Yale Law EVERY year. Check the matriculation data on their websites you absolute fools.
3. One of Patrick Henry's former students was the Executive Editor of the Harvard Law review, and is now in Biglaw.
4. Patrick Henry is what Harvard was like in the 17th century. Students attend daily chapel, and do not drink or smoke. There is NO Greek life. The focus is completely on academics.
5. Patrick Henry does not have any of those dumb courses on Lady Gaga. In their core curriculum students take courses like Western Literature, Biblical Theology Euclidian Geometry, Rhetoric, Logic, and Constitutional Law.
6. People like to bash Patrick Henry because it's conservative, and doesn't take a DIME of government funding. They actually teach the Constitution and American values, unlike Sarah Lawrence and Reed.
7. Patrick Henry is Without question and elite UG for politics and law. I visited and was blown away by the intensity of their academics.
I as a high school student, am smarter than you guys on TLS who make these comments. The people who compare PHC to CC because of it's acceptance rate are mindless snobs. The average GPA at PHC is 3.8, and the average SAT is 1280. How about that you morons?

You forgot to mention that Patrick Henry is also named after Patrick Henry, a piece of shit racist slave owner who harvested and sold tons of tobacco.

Neither you nor anyone who discounted PHC is a fool. All of the schools you have mentioned are fine. College is a place where people challenge your beliefs and you challenge theirs. Go where you will be the most comfortable, but make a real effort to be willing to explore new perspectives because it'll elevate the quality of your own political and social views.

Hampen-Sydney isnt bad if you don't mind the all guys thing. One of the oldest colleges in the USA. We can play a TLS game- what is the oldest truly American college/university? As in first one founded after the revolution? I saw this on NYT the other day and was surprising.
