I withdrew all my apps, figured whatever I was going to get this year wouldn't be any better than what I could get with work experience, and withdrawing now would look better for my future application than withdrawing post-acceptance.

GOOD. Go make some good money and live a bit. Law School will always be there. Hell, you may decide to go to business school instead... (which I recommend highly)
