No, it's because intelligence and satisfaction are generally inversely correlated.

I think it's more due to different expectations. TTTT grads are also much less likely to work in biglaw, which is where much of the dissatisfaction is focused (the article didn't say anything about what kinds of jobs those TTTT grads were actually working).
