Absolutely take the IB job. Lawyers are prestige oriented egos hounds, and taking a job as a paralegal could actually hurt you. Lawyers would probably look at an IB analyst as more of an equal than they would a paralegal. Also, the analyst job probably has better long term prospects if you ultimately decide against law school.

Even fewer make it to Revenue Sharing Partner.
So where do people go after their associate stints?

Paralegal or jack booth janitor? At least one provides you with decent PS, ahem, material.
