Really 2012 still isn't available? Also it's locked, can you PM it to me?

Sorry everyone, I don't feel comfortable distributing a password protected document. If you're admitted students shouldn't you be able to use your log in to access it? If not, ask admissions or OCS for access, I'm sure they'll be willing.

hahahhahaha. He's the one Corps person I definitely have heard opinions about. Any of the other professors especially good or bad? Subramanian, Clark, or Fried? I'm not doing an 8:20am class, so I don't care how good or bad Spamann is for Corps.

it's hard to explain. i won't go as far as to say avoid at all costs since there are people that actually like that stuff but the class should be named something else since calling it "corporations" is deceptive.

I saw for this summer they have 3 positions available in the office. I also interned at a SAO while in high school and UG, so I have a little experience (in addition to work experience while in UG).
very high. basically your shot at doing whatever you want in a mid-size city is very high.

subramanian is supposed to be awesome for corps, btw, although he didn't teach it this year or last year i think. have heard very mixed things about clark and know nothing about fried. i had spamann and didn't think he was bad at all, although 8:20 (actually 8:10, he unilaterally decided to start and end 10 minutes earlier) class and coldcalling is not really very fun. he also assumes a level of business/finance savvy that about half the class (including me) probably didn't have. that said, he's young and energetic and very smart, and the class is not an inordinate amount of work.

This is why I can't take Rakoff for Ad law, as much as I would otherwise want to.

People like her a lot. She's an environmental law person, and I think that tinges a lot of what she teaches, whichever way that cuts for you. I have yet to come across someone who took a class with her and didn't like it.
