taking any scheduling advice

need corporations first semester of 2L as a pre-req for a spring class i want to take but not sure what else to take, I know corps fall 2L is a bad choice for this but want my traditional law school classes like evidence and tax or whatever to not coincide with when the gunners are taking them if possible

I wouldn't worry about gunners in large doctrinal classes. There are only so many of them, and it frankly evens out in the huge classes.

FWIW, I did nothing in Corporations all semester and did fine.

Does Moot Court take basically everyone who makes quarterfinals or if you kind of blow it in quarterfinals are you not going to make it?

If you just make it to quarterfinals I think you get an offer. Some might even get one outside of that.

That would be nice - there were 36 of us in quarterfinals which seems like a good number.

Probably not really necessary, but tbf i found all of the ASW's mostly useless.

Kelly's was fun, haven't been to an asw event there since enrolling tho.

Depends on how you determine "value". Still get decent wide-eyed shock from non-law folks who hear where I'm attending.

i double deposited and continued to negotiate but i had stronger offers than fordham
