I think I fear 2L's and 3L's just because they know how to take exams better. I feel like even with much less effort, they are more equipped to handle these classes than 1L's.

I'd say the exam taking skills and effort are probably close to a wash and I would just take large classes. I think large classes ensure the most normal distributions.

We fear you because you're still trying. I did markedly better second semester 1L year.

Did you work harder? Or just smarter?

I worked 2Ls and 3Ls soaking up the bad grades.

I don't know about Morley in particular; however, Bainbridge's Corporations Law (Concepts & Insights) was a pretty good language. FWIW, about 1/3 of Kordana's lectures were directly from that book.
